Responsibilities
- Lead cleaning crews on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Train and mentor new technicians
- Maintain equipment, supplies
- Communicate clearly with clients and office staff regarding job status
- Track time, materials, and job notes in company software
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional cleaning experience (lead or crew-lead experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to manage small teams and keep jobs on schedule
- Must pass background check
